We have all been there. It’s time for your child to take a major test, perform the lead role in the school play, or possibly be the goal tender in the championship game! And maybe try out one or two of McGinn’s suggestions. Parents and educators alike need to think through how best to support kids as they face deadlines, tests and all types of challenges. I still cross my fingers and do a lot of silent prayers (that makes me feel better!).
